All Paws Pet Wash (Starr Ave)

First time going to a pet wash like this and it was awesome! It was nice and clean, I loved all the shampoo options, and the dog treats! Much better than giving our dog a bath in our tub. We will for sure be bathing our dog here from now on.

I used the kiosk for the first time on Starr Ave today and it was nice to be the only one in there! We got there and it was obvious that the last person to use it didn’t even try to clean up after themselves but what can the owners do about that? There were different options for shampoos and one option for conditioner, the dryer is high velocity but still took a good amount of time to dry my dog. I personally like the monthly subscription because I can use 3 of the 4 washes for $20! That’s 60 minutes of wash AND clean up for $20!!!! I’ll most definitely be using these more often, I will probably bring a towel with me to help the drying process next time but over all it’s a nice set up.

Firstly I think that the All Paws Pet Wash monthly subscription is a good value. However their customer service is not as good. One is unable to pause their subscription or cancel without contacting the company. I originally called in May to suspend or cancel, and received no reply. I emailed later in May and received a reply stating "You can easily update your payment information right on the App." The app did not have an option to suspend nor cancel. I contacted them numerous times to suspend or cancel, yet received no assistance to do so. I was charged for May, June, July and August. In August I called customer service and asked for a refund or a credit for the four months that I had been charged, I was told that they would refund the charges, however no refund has been received. Very poor customer service.

Over the past few years I've taken our dogs to several locations of All-Paws pet washes including River Prairie, Fleet Farm and their shop on Cameron. I don't feel it's a good value. The app is available to set up and sign up for subscription, but they don't have an in-app way to pause or cancel subscriptions. You need to email them, which can take weeks for final confirmation and refunds to appear. Customer service was not what I expect, including defensiveness and a bit of attitude, which is standard for low paid employees. The units are variable in their cleanliness due to the reliance on previous customers for cleaning and sanitizing. The mats can be quite slippery. Water is generally cold. I've found that the locally owned pet store in Eau Claire with two in-house pet wash stations to be a much better deal, including a warm building, staff on-site to help with any issues and to keep the bays clean, free towels and aprons - just need to check their hours to make sure they are open.

I used the kiosk and didn't have the app so I got charged $15. I got the app, paid $20 for 4 washes. I soaped my dogs up, and the tried to use the app, but it kept saying it couldn't connect with the kiosk. So, I AGAIN paid $15 to wash my dogs. $50 for 2 washes is not worth it. If I hadn't already got my dogs wet and soapy, I wouldn't have paid the 3rd time but I had no choice. I emailed customer service last time and they do not care. About anything. I expected to get the monthly package for an extra $5 but that was never even an option. It was haha, you have to use the app to get that. No options. Zero satisfaction. I wish there was another place to wash your dogs in Eau Claire. I'll go back to doing it at home. EDIT- All Paws fixed the issue with my subscription and refunded the cost of my last wash. The kiosk worked perfectly when I was there.
